This book is WRECKING me. I can’t even remember the last time I have just cried and cried throughout an entire book.

The Christmas and Hanukkah crossover I didn’t know I needed! Adorable meet-cute that led to some surprising depth I wasn’t expecting. A great holiday short story - so wholesome and touching.

I’m only in the beginning chapters and omg I cannot stand these type of friendships … “drop everything you’re doing for my emergency… that I will not explain what it is”…. “Do not fall in love with my brother”… the audacity and codependency just is NOT my vibe. Basically, I already hate Bridget & desperately want Lucy to grow a backbone. I don’t understand the romanticism of friends like this

On page 350 of 392 we FINALLY have a freaking awesome twist that has me drawn in.

I have just 93 pages left and this book is excruciatingly boring to get through. At this point I’m going to finish it out of spite & I have already invested too much to have it be a DNF and not count toward my book goal for the year…. But holy shit I just can’t stand this book. Auren sucks as the FMC and none of the supporting characters or villains are remotely interesting either. This is a golden snooze fest

I’ve never had a PROLOGUE of a book leave me absolutely devastated and sobbing …. But here I am! Holy shit that was a gut punch.

I genuinely do not know I’m going to power through and continue this or not… I am so *BORED* with this story line and these characters

Been waiting for this to be released since reading book 1 in this series last year! I’m a little behind since it released in March, but excited to dive in!

Okay… I just realized this book is *955* pages and despite being 373 pages in, I’m only 39% done 🫠
