It was good until they got together. Then it got weird. It’s crazy how weak of a character and a woman elisie has managed to write Willa as it was really cringe to read at times. Letting a man shove his you know what in your mouth wasn’t a turn on or cut you off while you’re talking to shove panties in your mouth…it felt aggressive and very alarming if this is how some women actually allow men to treat them.

FMC is super insecure and unlikeable. She’s always scorn guessing herself, overthinking and she’s really snarky to the MMC and not in a funny, quirky way but more so in a really rude and patronising way.

This was really well written and well developed. The FMC and MMC were well developed as was the plot. It’s one of those books you can’t stop thinking about until you’re back home again and can start reading. I really didn’t expect to love it as much as I do but it is really well written, well paced and hilarious as hell. The angst is done really well which some authors fall short of. I didn’t want it to end.
