This was a story of a woman so unhappy at her job as an editorial assistant at a small publishing house. The job was terrible and the people she lo loved working with the most had been fired or quit. So she was there unfulfilled and alone. An author and a part-time job opportunity came along at virtually the same time.

I really didn’t care for this book. Maybe I will pick it up again later. It felt like I heard the same stories over again.

This book is funny and full of wisdom.

It started a bit slow for me. The characters have a ton of sadness.
