This book is written so poorly. Usually I’ve cut the reading time down an hour or two but since it’s so bad you have to read slower and I’m probably gonna DnD this because how have I been reading for 3 hours and I’m only 15% done? Can’t do this for 85% more book

This book is just dragging on. I started reading it bc I wanted the special category bookmark by finishing it before the 31st. But I’m almost 50% of the way through and this book just DRAGS. It’s had some interesting stuff, but I already feel like I know the big reveal of who Kai is, and same with Jadon, right now Veril is more interesting than their dynamic.

This book was so good. 10/10 a great shifter series, I will be devouring book two as soon as it comes out

This book is good, I’m getting anxiety over the FMC and her life choices, but I’m still going to finish it. I will say, depending on if she continues to be so secretive my anxiety might make me self combust.

I never fully gave in/agreed with the negative reviews for this series until this book. This book is such a money grab and a waste of my time. I’m going to finish it solely to add a number to my book count for the year since I spent so much time on this book already. But definitely fed up.

So annoyed this is a companion novel and it’s advertised as a whole separate book

This book has been pretty good so far. It leans towards the gothic theme more than most books that I read, but it’s been interesting.

The graphic audiobook is SO much better. Definitely enjoying it so much more

Good, the voice actor for the audiobook is alright, definitely doesn’t draw me in. But the story is getting good I think/hope. Holding out because everyone loves this book.

Liking it so far, waiting for the stuff to happen that made me choose to read the book but the FMC is driving me nuts rn with how self centered she is and focused on what she wants and not the bad stuff Jassyn has tried to tell her about everything. Really wanna know who the main love interest is actually gonna be cause I cannot see how Vesryn is gonna be one
