The burn is slightly faster than I prefer, but it also doesn't bother me because of this duel pov with the duel timelines. Spice wasn't a question of if, but when. While that's true upon recognizing who the love interest is in any book, it's even more true with this storytelling style.

I'm moving slowly, but I'm enjoying the back and forth present and past povs that are about to slowly reveal the mystery/question of why set forth in the beginning. I need a crumb more of romance, though!
