I was unprepared for the heartbreak and emotion that this book put me through as a mom and an American. Kristin Hannah did a great job bringing light to what our soldiers go through when they come back from defending our freedoms. (Of course, nothing would ever match what soldiers really go through).

Only reading this book (less than 4.0 rating on good reads) because Dr. Michael Milobsky recommended it
