The second part is the most interesting thing that happened in the whole three books. I’m literally obsessing over Yrselle, literally the most interesting character in this book (and my favourite if we don’t count Taran). I honestly think all the Luther thing was a little bit forced and just there to advance the plot. It was too obvious and I didn’t really enjoy it

I’m hating this book and all the decisions Diem is taking!! And I’m so sad about it ‘cause I loved the first book!!
I really want to finish reading this series but GOD Diem is making it difficult for me. Like, I understand she wants to keep something from her mortal life, but Henri? HENRI? I’m not saying I hope he dies, but yeah…

I’m so mad rn, why did she say THAT? I thought she would keep it a secret 😭😭
Also I feel like something is off about Henri but I don’t know what it is yet.
And LUTHER??? He saw Diem like three times and everyone and their mothers can tell he’s madly in love with her already. GET A GRIP MY BOY

Finally a fight scene that’s not resolved in like two pages. I’m enjoying this book so much, the tension it’s building it’s making me insane rn

I knew from the start that Arcturus was on the good side of history. I like his character so much, I can’t wait to know more about him!!
Also I wanna punch Jax so hard he won’t be called The White Binder anymore.

I’m starting to like Warden… also the scene with the doe and the way she entered the butterfly’s dreamscape? Idk that was so cool and interesting.

Just realised the Italian translation is completely different from the original book and literally has things that were never in the English version in the first place. Apparently the translator cut scenes, changed most of the dialogues and the story to the point it doesn’t even make sense… so yeah I decided to read the chapters again in English and it’s like I’m reading a different book. How is it possible
