Took me a few chapters to get into it. I just wish the chapters would tell us who’s pov it is so we don’t have to guess

Im getting into it. I feel like the audio version is better than reading the book itself. The narrators do a better job of making the writing seem better than it reads as. Not that the writing is bad, it just seems slightly young. Or the writing at least makes the characters seem juvenile.

DNF. The writing style itself isn’t bad but I t’s not holding my interest. It’s labeled a slow burn but there’s nothing slow about getting turned on by the two brothers you just met, almost right away.

Took a bit before I could get into this book. I almost DNF’d at page 60. The beginning was a lot of telling and not really showing what was going on, which wasn’t much. Not a lot of dialogue either but I’m glad I kept reading. Once things started happening it picked up

I feel like the author is trying to force the lyrical writing. It’s not flowing at all. There’s no emotional connection to these characters. I may DNF

I liked these books when I first read them years ago but now I’m rooting for the FMC to kill or leave the MMC

Second time reading this book but it’s like reading it for the first time all over again. I can’t wait to continue doing the graphic audio for the rest of the series.

It’s ok so far. Giving 3 stars. Mack is annoying. The only character I like is Noah

This is not at all what I thought it would be. The fmc is naive and annoying. The writing style itself is fine but the story is meh

This is supposed to be a loose Snow White retelling but I feel like it resembles a Coraline retelling more. In a good way. I’m enjoying this!
