I watched the movie first and I loved it! It has helped me visualize everything better too

I was expecting something different.

Thank GOD Audrey’s not an idiot. She’s not taking forever to figure things out and when she is confronted with something impossible, she doesn’t try to come up with a lame excuse. She takes things at face value.

I usually don’t like dual timelines of the past and present but this author does a really good job with it. Both timelines you get sucked it just wanting to know what is going on

I’m surprised by how much I’m into this story. I keep wanting to read to know what happened. I hope to find a good stopping point so I can sleep lol

I don’t think an Edward book is necessary. Reading this just doesn’t feel like I’m in the mind of Edward. His pov of his family just makes them seem like completely different people than who we met in the twilight books. I don’t like the writing style. It’s too simple and reads juvenile. If I didn’t already love the movies and the books as a kid I would have DNFd.

I haven’t read this book since before the first movie came out in 2008. This reread is way overdue

Daphne and Miles are literally so cute. After DNFing Great Big Beautiful life i almost decided not to read her other stuff. I am glad I decided to try this one. It’s not giving 5 star. Maybe 4-4.5

Alice is really annoying. The writing seems a little different than Beach Read and Book Lovers. Those were both 5 stars for me. This feels like it could turn into a DNF :(

ehhh. . . Alice is already starting to irritate me. I’m not getting a good feeling from that. Hope it changes
