I’ve been enjoying this one so much more than I expected. I’ve never gone back to read much classic literature, but I’m less scared of it now. (this was definitely a good place to start) And wow!! Can’t believe how much a book written in the 1700s still resonates. So fun, can’t wait to see how she & Darcy come together.

I’m not convinced I can finish this one!!! I just know too much about the ending + I should have read this book sooner. I wish I started here to be honest and idk why no one recommends that. I like short stories and I think I would have liked these!!

Ok as I mentioned before I did not want to read this book because Chaol was so unbearable in Queen of Shadows among other things. But I will admit that this book is actually picking up faster than the other books in this series have so far. Many mysteries going on here and already some spooky happenings…
