Currently think that the “old roommate” is still in the house. Maybe in the basement that she isn’t allowed to go into. And Sidney knows that he is still living there/stalking her. Which is why he smirks/smiles when she brings things up like her milk getting drank. I also think that Sidney could be sick from the lead in the paint and everything in the house and that is why he has that rash and stuff.
