Loving this one so far. Narrated really well. Both readers hold the tone perfectly, which is written in a very catching way. Modern lingo but not in a cringe way. Good, strange horror in a folkish supernatural way.

Tangent after tangent. All the woman do is think about men, even as their lives literally hang in the balance. Please just end

Literally feels like a chore at this point. A slog of badly written women and a lack of any real development other than trying very hard to be scary. I’m not invested. I’m actually BORED.
