How many tangents can she go on? The synopsis really hooked me but all these digressions added so much unnecessary fluff to this book. I wanted to be spooked since it’s now spooky season and I’m just so bored….🥱

Why did they make two parts!!!!! Omfuckinggod.

This book could be so much better if the author attempted to remain in the proper era and not trying to be so mentally woke. What man in this time say “I didn’t mean to be pervy”?!? And she stopped cutting herself because she knew that self harm wasn’t healthy? Ugh, so many parts of this book make me cringe.

Horrible narrators.

This narration is painful.

Narrator has the most boring monotone voice!!!

The love triangle is starting to get irritating.

I cant help but roll my eyes and wanting to mimic the characters of this book. Not understanding the appeal of this author so far…

I hate this narrator. She sounds like she’s naming items off a grocery list.

Didn’t realize this series was a standalone sequel. Will start the other series after reading this and pick up once I’ve completed to first.
