Patterson is never amazing but always entertaining

The authors make a lot of good points, which are well researched and articulated. However some of their arguments are overly dependent on a capitalist worldview, such as a discussion aboht which cultures best prepare their kids for the world. Whose world? Which economic structure?

Books like this are the reason people mistake toxic relationships for love.

Fun book but no one is likeable yet and Yarros is no Maad, despite her clear attempt to be the same.
