As sad as it is, I feel like every time our community experiences grief, we all come together as a big community.

I believe this song is telling people that they have no control over their future, so they should live their lives to the fullest, no matter what.

We know that life is short, so I would do my best to make up with the people I love.

My priorities would change slightly. Right now, one of my top priorities is school, where if I knew I had a short time, I probably wouldn't prioritize it as much. My main focus would be my family and friends, and maybe go and do some traveling because money wouldn't be a priority for me either.

Yes, I believe they are a minority and they should stand for their rights. Just because they have a short string doesn't mean they're not human.

Nina was very emotional once it was confirmed what the string represented. I got a new book because I wasn´t as interested in the last one so I decided to try this one. It sounds very interesting and I´m excited to start reading it.

There are many conflicting opinions on how the US should move forward. Between a surprise attack and staying and playing defense, it's been interesting seeing their plans and figuring out what they're going to do.

RIght now I´m just learning about the sneak attacks both Germany and the US are planning to go against each other and how they will move forward with the war.

Today I read about Hitler's plan to create a surprise attack on the US. His thought process, and plan have been explained, now I'm waiting to see whether it was successful.

Just started this today and didn't get very far, but it is an interesting book. It walks you through the last six months of WW2 and how Hitler went crazy and lost control of everything.

Every entry in this book is an example of ethos. These are true encounters from people who have experienced this firsthand. I think the author appeals to pathos by writing this book and using these people's experiences to affect the readers.

Today I learned a point of view from these two brothers. They stayed in Iraq for a while living at home but hosting 18 other family members as well. They talk about how at night they would all pile into one room because they were scared to be alone.

Today I read a couple of people's perspectives about moving to Canada during the war. They talked about how they waited forever to get approved and they did not make it easy for anyone to come into those larger countries. Even then the refugees said that they found it peaceful cause there weren't soldiers or bombings everywhere so they enjoyed it.

Today I read about a refugee who helped with an organization called No More Victims where they bring the Iraqi children that had been hurt by the American soldiers to the US where a group of people will pay for their surgery and recovery.

I read 3 different perspectives from these girls and it was interesting because one wanted to go back to their old life, on wanted to stay and live in Jordan, and one wanted to move to Canada and go to college there. So I just thought it was interesting how they all wanted different things.

I learned that some refugees really liked it when they left their country. They found that they had a better life in a place like Jordan where as other people hate it and have found it hard to have a good life after leaving.

Today I read very similar stories. One talked about going to school and how they were put in a 3rd grade class when they were 14 and none of the teachers knew what to do with her. So I thought that was interesting.
