This book is killing me one dull food description at a time.
To add to the struggle (or to the puzzle fun!) the macrons (¯) in my book are all gone and replaced with M or k, while the rest of accents are fine, so I’ve been reading RyMsuke and Shkmei Weekly with a raised brow until I realized what’s up! Now I read with a corrector and a black pen 🙄

It’s so interesting, but the progress is extremely slow, especially for non-native English speaker.

It’s so easy to get caught up in the cuteness factor, but when you actually step back and look at what Rocky does, he’s an absolute powerhouse of intelligence and engineering.
