I’ve started too many books at once again… I gotta finish at least two this next week or my reading slump will last until summer. I’ve been scrolling too much, time to lock in and fix the attention span🤦🏻‍♀️

I am on the edge of DNFing… do all twisted characters in thrillers have to have serious ACE in their past?? Does it have to be described? It’s taking me right out of the story and making me mad.

Me saying I wouldn’t read anymore of Emily Henry’s books🤡
But then I watched the movie and it was cute so I had to read… and there really is no other romance writer that I like half as much.

Currently reading the 3rd edition and I feel like I’m back in school again with a literal textbook… it’s kinda nice😂 super excited to get some answers on what muscles I’m supposed to be working and breathing/spinal alignment

And on this episode of finally reading books whose covers will NOT stop catching my eye…

This is a very inspiring read so far and the pictures of course are top tier, love kinfolk everything

Listening to this audiobook an LOVING the accents. But also why am I crying into the spaghetti I’m cooking over a story about a poor old man and his dog 😭

I’m really loving this book!

Perfect book to read on a snow day!

Picking up a parenting book because I’m parenting myself… lol

Useful information for sure but I’m not currently painting anything so I’m having trouble focusing on this one😂

This book is literally more square shaped than rectangular it’s so thick… we’ll see how long it is in my currently reading. Finally felt excited about picking up the next book in the series, and I think I have avoided spoilers from this point on in the series so this should be an adventure.

Watched The Social Dilemma on Netflix and immediately picked this up to read. TERRIFYING. I will say I didn’t expect this book to get so dark immediately in the first chapter, but I’m flying through it and it’s got a lot of good information.

Will I finish it tonight? Or will it put me to sleep first? That is the question…

The way this book can make me cry and tear up even though I know the story and have seen the movies multiple times…. And still, Louisa’s words and sentiments are so touching and cut right to the heart

Time to clear the currently reading decks… the holiday reading slump was real and got me out of the habit of sitting down with a book. I have a pile I want to read, and a pile needing to return to the library… anyone else relate?

This is one library find I’m going to have to add to my permanent collection😍

Should have known a book about sleep would be boring… it’s dragging. Interesting facts but I wish it was shorter so far😅
