This is the worst book I’ve read this year. The author does give good advice on becoming a more loving and patient person; but it just comes off as condescending and obnoxious.

There were chapters of the book where I straight up skimmed because he already gave that advice but is not just regurgitating it in different words.

This is truly one of the weirdest books I’ve read. It does give advice on becoming a more patient and loving person but it just says the same thing over and over again.

There were at points I was skimming Chapters bc of how many times I’ve he’s said the same thing
