It’s taken me a good amount of time to get to 15% in the book and honestly it’s still quite slow. I’ve seen many people I follow give this book 5 stars so I’m sticking with it still

I love SJM, but I’m 200 pages in rn and I still feel like it’s a book from the middle of a series. So many characters that it’s hard to keep track of & I’m waiting for the plot to get to the good part.

This book has been really interesting to read so far! I like how the author has added world building within the action of the book. Even the first chapter starts off strong. Excited to continue to see what other mythical creatures are included in The Book of Azrael.
