This is so diabolically plotted maybe I am just uninformed but I don’t think anyone has the guts to go to these lengths in SFF these days

Mais elle était pleine de convoitises, de rage, de haine. Cette robe aux plis droits cachait un cœur bouleversé, et ces lèvres si pudiques n'en racontaient pas la tourmente. Elle était amoureuse de Léon, et elle recherchait la solitude, afin de pouvoir plus à l'aise se délecter en son image.

This has such a low average rating on here ???? Why ???? It’s genuinely spectacular I can only guess that people don’t like the modernist slant to her writing ???

It's so funny when you write a stupid one liner of a review when an exciting new release is announced and all of a sudden there you are at the top of the reviews........ I haven't even read the book yet!

Turns out everyone was right and this is probably one of the best novels to have ever been written in the English language 😁

I have so much to read for class but this is really gripping
