Interesting that the early church fathers regarded ‘tradition’ as doctrine that the Lord and his apostles handed down.

Compared to our definition of tradition as doctrine handed down the church that contradicts Scripture.

As God is for us, who can be against us?

The invisible hand of God directs everything in history, including our personal history to do us eternal good.

God did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for our salvation. Thus, God will not withhold anything from us that is for our own good.

Jesus Christ was made just like us in every way, yet without sin. He sympathises with our weakness and he knows our frame.

Gnosticism is wack. A syncretism of Christianity, pagan myths, and far Eastern religion turns it into a muddy belief system.
