I'm glad I read Lothaire first because it made me curious to learn more about all the different characters mentioned in the book. Demon from the Dark is just amazing. I totally adore Malkom and my heart totally ached when he was hurt. I love the fact that there was the language barrier between them because it made things so much more interesting!

This picks up right after Taken. I have to admit that I went back to skim over Taken in order to remember some of the characters. I'm loving how Ava is in this book so far but Peter is getting on my nerves a bit. I absolutely love Val-(fierce)and I love Gabe even though I don't trust him enough I have a soft spot for him.

OMG I think I just figured something out! on page 195.

Beautiful story so far.

I love when Carmine speaks to Haven in Italian.

I like the book but some parts focus too much on the characters reflecting on their feelings and their thought about past thoughts and past feelings. I've skipped over a few sections just to get to the dialogue. The story is still good but now that It's almost over I'm hoping the ending is a really good one to make up for this minor issue.

So far so good. This one started out really sweet but somewhat sad for me. It mentioned Hyperion early on so that got me really excited!

Still recovering from the last one and already hyped again. I'm obsessed with this series!
