Started this as a tandem read, to clear the air with a lighter read, but it’s kinda bad, I really struggle to get into it. Might be a DNF, we’ll see…

I had to stop this here, i need a bit of a breather… there’s so much more character background in this one and we now have multiple POVs with Ivars’ being a majority, which I really love, but somehow it lost me a bit….

I’m pausing this one. Don’t know why but it feels so hard to get into it

Oook, so this is a bit too similar to fourth wing so far. I’m really looking forward for the book to stand out… Let’s see how this goes.

The story so far is so heartbreaking, with heavy trauma and a strong female lead, a true fighter that start to find her peace. So the challenge of giving up on your fears and accepting help, of giving up the constant fight for survival but still with danger lurking, I’m hooked.

I haven’t cried for a long time while reading.

Contemplating DNFing, but I invested so much time already… oh, decisions, decisions…

One thing that bugs me is when authors use terms they create and mix them up, it’s confusing and honestly, sloppy…

Thrallweave - the act of enthralling another / Thrallguard - the act of protecting oneself against thrallweave….

If I’m mistaken I wouldn’t know at this point, it’s all a blur…

Yup, I’m actually giddy. I love Blakes’ chapters, even though they’re so few. It’s like a reward and all of a sudden all the tension is building up to 100. LOVE IT!

Oh boy, how it all unfolds. I love this. And particularly how Hadley’s trauma is portrayed, the support the guys are offering and how helpless they all feel. So curious how the HEA will look like for our MCs. And man, what’s the thing with Wilder? Are we gonna see another RH thing with Emilia, Hawk and Wilder?? Oh boy, I’m way too invested in this 😆

A bit slow going. I keep on wanting to DNF but pick it back up again.
