Setting the Christmas mood finally

More than halfway through and they are still referring to characters by full name, this girl never says dad she always calls him by his first name it’s WEIRD

There are so many little errors in this like grammatically it’s really taking me out of it

I’m mid chapter but I need to update, I seriously can’t tell who this book is for because in the same chapter we have main girl talking about vaginas, another girl dancing a slutty routine for a group and child campers, and also main character freaking out about Harry Potter inaccuracies in a very serious way. The tone is all over the place it’s so weird

This is so painfully 2016 cringe and over the top British and American at the same time I feel insulted on behalf of both of these cultures despite belonging to neither of them
