I like how the author is unfiltered in portraying the female rap artist. Although she has obtained success respectfully. She still struggles with a male dominated industry. I look forward to reading more!

I love this historical fiction novel. From the strong vivid description, to the bad boy ladies man Herman Camm. I can't wait to see what happens next.

I really enjoyed the vibe of the book from beginning to end. I love the vibrancy of Atlanta and the fast paced characters.

M.C. Walker is finished with Waiting to Exhale (Waiting to Exhale, #1)
This by far is probably one of the depressing contemporary fiction novels I ever read. The plight of the black woman saddens my heart and weighs heavily on my soul. Yes, I enjoyed the authors vivid descriptions, sarcasm, and overall well development of the characters. It made me wonder as a black woman if were doomed from the start or is there a chance at love within our race? This book made me think .

M.C. Walker is reading Taking A Chance At Love
this has to be one of the worst books I 've ever read. Too many characters to keep up with. The story was not well developed. Two thumbs down.

This was one of the best books i've read this year. I loved the message and the love the couple had for each other. This was my first CF novel and I'm sure it won't be my last. Bravo VCM!!

The story just shifted. Without giving away too much I'll say the main characters just made a deal with devil. Smokin!!

M.C. Walker is on page 87 of 352 of Perfect Peace
So, far I've learned that the main character Emma Jean is as dysfunctional and loving as the rest of the world. She see's herself as ugly and unloveable but she loves her children more than anything. When it comes to her husband Gus, I feel sad because he's so emotionally broken yet he strives to maintain a positve environment for his family.
