Book Club #2, book 2 has been chosen. (Should name the book clubs)

May not be fledged out with all the latest information of our modern day. But gives a poetic vision of the meekness of our own being and the infinitude of the sky, that we have the honor of seeing.

Caught up with the book club. Not particularly vibing with the book and not outright abhorrent of it. Book feels really really condensed and throws in about 5 different systems that you just kinda accept at face value.

1/2 way through and got the setup, lets see where it goes.

Volume III

Somehow convinced me the beast is not only able to learn the French language confined in a hovel, but that he is endearing and likeable.

Part II

No one could have convince me that this book was somehow conjured by an 18 year old. Who was bored during a summer trip in the Swiss alps.

I won’t believe it.

Attempting to finish by the end of the month. Excited, but fearful of falling short. So far am really wrapped into the story. Continually surprised when old works of literature turn out to be good. (Probably should stop that)

Goal is to finish this book by the weekend

Book club week 1

Part 3 begins.

Need to carve out more reading time. Book is getting really good. Just been soaking in life too much and not spending time reading.

Back to reading again after falling into a bit of a slump. Turns out Eddie from a month ago knew some good books.

Started reading this a while back but put it down. In a different headspace now to take in these concepts of how rationalism isn’t as rational as perceived.

Feels nice to go back to a series

We made it another week of book club. Gosh really looking forward to the battle of the five armies. Hope is happens soon.

I still wonder if I’m in the parlor, happy in seeing “my family” or have I finally made it outside.

Week 3 of Book Club begins. The only qualm is forcing myself to slow down so I don’t just read through it in a week.

Justice will be had for the Radium Girls. Final part of the book. Haven’t shut up about this book to anyone who would listen.

Borrowed this book from a friend and am officially 2 pages away from a sticky note labeled “brain damage”.
