Thought it would be an interesting read but in reality found it pretty dull and so it took me a long time to get through. It didn’t dive very deeply into the subject beyond negative emotions are there for a reason. I was hoping for more information on interesting research, but what was presented was lacking in depth and mostly uninteresting.
Disappointing read to be honest.
