The editors introduction and forward by Audre Lorde are something worth reading, the words cut deep. Eight pages in and I would recommend to all, especially white women in Europe. The structure of the book is nothing short of profound, no wonder this book launched the start of the ISD in Germany

Really a thorough and great book to listen to in order to better educate oneself on what led to October 7th, 2023 and what the Palestinian people have endured for so long, and how they have been continually failed bs other Arab countries and the global community.

BEST BOOK EVER!!! This is the best book I have ever read. I am listening to it on audio on Spotify and John Green is the narrator, it is such a great audio experience.

I can’t wait to keep listening!! My favorite chapter has been Jerzy Dudek's Performance on May 25, 2005.

Such a thoughtful memoir/self help book so far, I have loved following the author through her experiences with love thus far. Didn’t know if I would like it at first but glad I have kept listening to the audiobook.
