Really good so far, but I’d like to see more of the story move along. For now it’s a lot of purely world-building. “Wouldn’t it be crazy if THIS was reality?” Yes it would Orwell.

From the offset, the book feels kind of finger pointy without doing a lot of self reflection. It starts with a hefty description of these “emotionally unvailable” people, saying that they’re like this and that. The book *needs* to do this because “emotionally immature” is not an official diagnosis. However if I was an emotionally immature person, I’d read and nod my head just like I do now.

Look, I don’t love it. I feel like the first 4 chapters are veru interesting and helpful but it does sort of go downhill from there.
