The writing style is very interesting
Overall it’s a really good enemies to lovers book and im curious what happens in the next book

But both of them had no clue who is behind everything. And at the same time thy trying to find out who would let children die and make weapons out of the body both of them tried to heal him from his seith roht because one of his colleagues hurt him so bad and they didn’t patchy him back up good his Seith system started to collapse

And within the book he had to make more deals whit the healer because he need medical help so the next deal was that they break in the tower from one of the king. Together there found out that the kind had the pox (a disease only young children get) at first there’s didn’t understand why he had it

But later they discovered that whit the hollow body of the children there get a weapon

Well it is really slow burning but in a good way in the hole book there was one kiss and a few stolen touches

Because there are in different orders who hate each other but he need her help. She has to heal him but for his disease aren’t any normal threthmens so they follow a old plan that wouldn’t work

The same thing did he whit jacks mother so he was he’ll bend to gave Elsie a better opportunity to become the dream job and life she wanted

The book was more about her and her self growing but at the same time it was beautiful to read it

The both of them had a chemistry that was so lovelyfull

Well it was a Kind of Slow book with Lots of hate from her to him and he was like obsessed from the beginning

He helped her to find herself and what she likes and wants from her life and that shit so much love

The plot twist was that her mentor never wanted her in the acradic world and always made her think she wasn’t worth it

So the whole book was just one big misunderstanding after another so not really good and when there wasn’t talking but not talking there were fucking so on top of the misunderstanding there were too much sex

Not a book I would read twice but well for the understanding of the trilogy

And the second time line was like he was in the mob but wanted out but that out was so bad written like they just talked whit his dad about it and leave that was it fucking boring


And than she was really mad because she fought that nic killed her father but in reality he was hiding in Italy because nics father wanted it this way

Well there wasn’t really a story because he had to say sorry the whole time couz the fathers of the tow of them blackmailed him to leave her alone because when not there would hurt lo

So in the hole book it was like she was angry at him because he was like I never fucked whit her because he wanted to protect her but she didn’t know that

Because thery didn’t TALK with each other

I mean that book is so boring there is not really a plot just that he fuck up in ther youth and now he realizes that he loves her and is thring to win her back

And everything is about sex to much of it and well I just don’t know what to do whit that book

Well there dance around each other when he makes a move she ran away

And she should get killed she was pushed down a bridge into the ice cold river and he saved her after that they kind of fucked and she ran away

She was also a cia spy and grew up in foster care and her social worker were also a spy who got kids whit no sole to grew up to be there little soldier

Well there was way to many spice in it and the hole thing whit Nate hate Xavi was at the beginning good but the hate was too long the main story and the ending was so rushed like from 3 chapters from hate to dying love

So it was more of a 4.2 star read

So when he got back to his dealers house he tried to drugged him and sleep whit him but then Nate came and saved him

That’s when Nate learned about the day Katy died but he wasn’t even angry anymore because he was too scared to lost another love of his live

On the day of Katy’s dead Xavi was at his dealer house and got fucked by him because he couldn’t buy the drugs anymore so he offered his body instead

But he didn’t know that Katy did buy pills before he went to his dealer and took them all and overdosed

So just as Nate got a little friendlier he found out that xavi had videos of Katy were there were singer and planed how Xavi could get together with Nate cause he was/is in love whit him

But when Nate didn’t say a word about the video Xavi ran away from him after Nate hurt him like the 5. Time in a row.

So since his father didn’t lie him and his mother didn’t gave a shit about him he drove to his dealer

So Carter decided after he saved xavis live that he has to live with them in the villa with Nate

So since xavi didn’t want that Nate know what really happened that night he moved in the villa and got nates punch back aka fuck toy and Nate hurt him on every turn or step but xavi didn’t stand up for him because he fought he has to feel pain after Katy’s dead

So okay let me explain
He was his sister best friend and his sister killed herself whit drugs but that’s because he invited her to the hole drug thing and so naturally Nate hated his guts

But that’s only because he was madly in love whit him even after he played such a big role in his sister dead

So xavi and carter Nate best friend were together in the hole sister got dead because of drugs thing

And when her date stood her up she decided that she will get revenge for the stood up so she went to the restaurant were her date is, but not alone because he was coming whit her saying it wasn’t safe and it was right because there got into a gun fight

After that the tow of them speak to each other and well kind of hit it of

The book was kind of a story day from the both of them

There do like each other even when there didn’t meet before in real because he had cameras in her apartment and was like naahhh I don’t need to interact whit her in real and she did have a little crush for him

So at the wedding from her sister Malek were there and was talking whit her in the bathroom when spider opens the door and wanted to kill Malek

So when there were dragged onto the dancefloor so that spider could make a statement reily shouted that she is pregnant and there will be one big happy family :)

And that’s it

There spent time together and fall in love and to that point everything was super but than the second story line got opened up

That his boss the pahrkan were ill and would die so he would be the next one and that he was in extreme danger so he just shipped reily back to her sister

Well she didn’t take it easy and got depressed and she was pregnant

But there get interrupt by her bodyguard spider and well after spider found out to how she sparked there moved to a safe house

But that didn’t stop malek to visit her and during one of his visits he got caught and there tried to shoot him but reily stepped in front of him and get the bullet

So Malek take her whit him to Russia

But when he saw reily he fought he was their stripper and wanted to help her so since he was a “ghost” he visited her in her bedroom and bring her roses

Later he tried to get her leave when he gave her money so she hasn’t work as a stripper but well she didn’t take it because she was just visiting her sister

Later he visiting her in a bookstore and demanded why she didn’t leave

So were do I start

And than that book was more of to storylines in one that doesn’t add up

So she visited her sister how get married and well they didn’t have the best bond


And he was there to kill the sister’s fiancé because he killed his brother

So vaguah was so freaking happy that the tow of them could be together

And that’s because Julian’s stepbrother and he killed his father and his stepbrother took over the Chicago bratva so he was free to join vaguah to the New York bratva

And in the epilogue vaguah asked Julian to marry him

So there get they happily even after 😭🤩✨✨❤️‍🩹💔🥺

But that didn’t stop vaguah he get to Julian and were so fucking mad

But Julian just laugh at him and were so happy he came for him because his sister was the one that married into the Boston cartel because she fell in love whit the guy who saved her back then when the shooting were. And he was in fact the new leader of the cartel

After that there were spending a few days in the mountains of Russia before Julian ran back to Chicago because his father treated him to sold his sister when he doesn’t married the Boston’s cartel daughter

So he adornment vaguah. He couldn’t under why Julian did it and tried to get to him before the wedding but he was to late, couz his father called him and say the unions were accomplished

To safe Julian from his abusing shit of a father, well they did came a little late because Julian’s dad beat the shit out of him to near death

So the next day vaguahs parents confronted him about the picture because Julian’s dad sent his father the picture were there were kissing in public

Vaguah told his parents everything and there were so lovely and caring about it that vaguah believed the tow of them had a future

Then cy call him and told that Julian’s dad found out and took him so vaguah and his parents and a few trusted men got on a plane
