I'm getting bored by Bella's "I can't stay here, I'm leaving" every 3rd sentence. We get it already.

I'm really over the main character. I'm tired of reading about women who allow themselves to be abused. As soon as he pushed the thorn through her ear and she didn't say a word, I wanted to quit reading. Ugh. Now I'm skimming just to get to the end.

I am enjoying the separate tales. I like how you know the fate of some characters ahead of time. It helped me appreciate their sections more, whenever those sections arose. The Argos story is interesting to me- wondering if she'll ever get out of that room and how the virus got on the ship in the first place. I feel badly for Zino. I hope he found true happiness in the years before his tale was told.

Yikes. Where is the punctuation? Commas are used as periods and it throws me off. Otherwise, entertaining story so far.

Ugh. I want to quit but I'm going to soldier on. The writing is horrendous. The same thing is repeated page after page after page and it's almost like a highschooler wrote this. Sometimes I feel like I'm reading one of those paperbacks that I used to sneak out of my mom's closet when I was a kid, the ones with the half naked women on the cover being ravished by a man. Is this a thriller or a romance novel?
