How can anyone love Chaol?? He's WORSE than I remembered. Like you're joking. Fascist ring kisser who locked her in a dungeon and denied her a cloak. When her scars were revealed he asked "what did you do to deserve them?" like?? SURE, a character can grow and change, but it takes breaking his back to get even close to redemption. He's an ASS
