This was yesterday, I think I read like 5 more chapters since. Starting to get to the sanderlanche I can feel it in my bones

Starting to ramp up. So much book left tho idk why I do this to myself, but somehow reading these like long sprawling books is easier than a good 200-300 page normal fiction book

I never mentioned the duel. While I had this moment spoiled I will say the duels are BY FAR my fav parts of this book. I think WoK was more fun in the world building aspect and this was much more like simmering in the world that was built. My fav duel was the first and Kaladin is the best character….obviously. The wind guiding him and evading all the attacks!!!! PERFECTION

Idk man like shallan is cool and all her powers are fun but I just don’t have the patience and I should be studying anyway

I’ve succumbed to the Fantasy fanatics, reads a lot like a WoT book, but this shit is like 1200 pages idk why I decided this would be a good time to start it.

In every books there’s like 3 main plotlines. And every book the Aes Sedai plot is the worst one, they come at the worst time and just kill the momentum. Imo

Chapters 25-26 are probably the best the series has been. I was ENTHRALLED.

the immediate switch to Perrin pissed me off so bad tho, but that's writing a story i guess. Anyways, gonna take me another like 2 weeks to finish this but im enjoying it.

This book is 1,000 pages. Been forgetting to log.

3. On the topic of Rand, I see the vision and I see where we’re going with his arc rn, but it’s going to take 2000 pages for him to accept what he is. 2000 PAGES.
