This is the longest book ever and I’m loving every second of it

Been a long time time since I’ve listened to a full book in a single day

First time reading this book since Covid, it hits wayyyyy different

This is one of the most beautifully written books I’ve ever read. I could cry tears of joy. I found it, a book that’s pretty AND makes sense 😭

Holy sh*t, THIS is supposed to be the new Great American novel? THIS?!?!?!?! Who TF was in charge of marketing??? I’m thoroughly enjoying this book, but it’s on the level of a basic Hollywood thriller, not your typical immigration story. AGH

Julia is the absolute worst MC. This whole book is stacked with insufferable pricks.
That being said, I’m loving it, 10/10

It should be criminal for a lit fic to be over 700 pages long.

Second book in a week that I took a chance on that I can’t put down. 10/10 so far
