This book is giving Lord of the Flies so far. I️ do likes it, I️ just hate how it talks about women but I️ get that it’s from the pov of teen boys.

This is to be my longest book yet. I’m very excited but also extremely intimidated, I’m going to read through it slow so I don’t overwhelm myself. Wish me so much luck!!

Horrible news, just went book shopping and added so many books to my outlandishly large tbr list.

Oh shit, it’s getting juicy!!

I absolutely love this book every single time that I pick it up, but is so hard for me to reach for it. It is amazing, touching, and so very interesting, but I just never really a need to read it. I’m gonna try real hard to finish it before the year ends so I will be binging tonight!!

I️ don’t know if this is good or bad but I’m finishing these books in like 2 hours. I’ve been ignoring my homework and chores but I️ just can’t stop!! 😭

I️ needed a break from novels because I️ was getting bored of reading pages of just writing. I’m zooming through this book and enjoying it so bad. I’ve already seen the movie on this book and the season of jjk that are out but I️ want to read the manga especially since I’m enjoying this book so much!

Crazy thought…

I️ think I’m going to give myself a challenge to read one classic or a book that was and still is influential per month. Maybe I’ll reread my high school required reading list but either way I️ want to read things that will leave an impact. I️ also want to print out and do book report styled notes so that I’m not just reading a book to gain a number, but to actually understand it.

Literally don’t get these people and their feelings toward each other.

Another thought, no matter what my friends are doing to me I️ would never have made that decision. I️ get it’s supposed to be a sort of Shakespeare tragedy but uggghhhh, such a reach.

Idk how I️ feel about this book. It is such an easy and immersive read, I haven’t put it down once. I️ just feel like the ending is being handed to me. Maybe there will be a plot twist that changes everything but I️ think I️ know how it ends. I’ll probably finish this today:)

I️ have no idea why I️ do this to myself. I want to read Frankenstein before the new movie comes out on Netflix, but it’s another classic, I’m in the middle of so many books, and I have so much homework!!! I’m still going to read it but I️ see so many stress tears being shed in my future. 🥀

I️ hate that this is still just a straightforward sci-fi book. I️ so wish we went into the psychological reasons of why/how Griffin went mad and has been mad. Anything other than him just being a raging douche.

I’ve been listening to this, I️ don’t think I️ could’ve gotten through it while reading. Basically EVERYONE is pissing me off. Like what do you mean you’re drinking away your life and leaving your family behind? How are you still such a naive woman after everything you’ve been through? Azriel pick yourself up!! Feyre grow a set and hang out! I️ don’t want to give away spoilers but yuck :(
