This was a fun read. Sometimes felt slow and also very far fetched, but good spice, good fun, and good murder.

This was my first book by this author and I liked it a lot! There was lots of good banter, and the promise of more books with the great cast of side characters. I would have liked a little more mystery, and while I saw the end coming I was surprised by the total revelation.

Overall liked this but the first half was much better than the second.

I was a little unsure of this book for the first half, but really enjoyed the second half and the ending. Great humor, banter, and spice.

This was really funny and cute and I will now be reading this entire series.

I love Abby Jiminez’s books. I usually don’t like the rugged man-fancy woman storyline but this was well done and not what I expected. It was easy to love Daniel and Alexis, and I was rooting for them the whole time.

I love this book so far. I’m about halfway through and do not want to put this down. I must see if Maggie ends up with my pick!!

I didn’t get to finish this during my library loan. I’m not sure if this was due to my lack of interest or lack of time.
