Time for a reread of the Book of the New Sun. Wish me luck.

It's been a long time since I flew through a book like this.

I don't consider myself a bleeding heart, or feel particular sympathy towards actual criminals, but God damn

It's truly bizarre how men who write so beautifully and have all of these grand ideas about how the world should work all seem to be reprehensible manchildren incapable of living up to their own standards.

I find Karl Marx to be an amazing man in the sense that everytime I read up on him, I find something new to dislike about him immensely.

I'm pretty sure the page count on Goodreads is off... My copy of Ringworld has 342 pages, not 288. Oh well. So far, so good.

Very excited to find this available on Audible! Let's see how it is.

There have been some standouts, but man, this is kind of a slog.

Next audiobook!

This story is definitely taking it's time.
