omg, i put my book down so many times for this chapter because i was getting mad at Maggie. I'm torn in understanding the mission and her love for Danny. AND THEN the last sentence of that page 257 is not what i expected to read just like that at random. How will the mission continue now??

Damn, chapter 37 didn't need to get that deep and personal 😭. Maia has annoyed me a few times, but I see myself in her a tiny bit. I have not experienced what she went through, but just the emotional aftermath is what got me and I can see she's gonna be okay because she has a good support she just needs to not lock herself away.

Story is now coming together. I think this chapter is the final part of the puzzle. I also hope everything goes well for Declan and Maggie but I have yet to hear about Maggie's husband. Sus activities indeed, has he been dead the whole time after Maggie's last mission 16 years ago or what??

There have been so many plot twists all within just a few chapters, and im surprised 😳. I, as the reader, don't even know when the main character is lying as she herself.

Over all the job is suspicious as the summary of the book says. Personally, I think the homeowner passed on the responsibility to Macy and will never come back. As the book continues I think Macy has a weak mind which allows her to be hearing thoughts that are not hers 🤔. She is already seeing things that are not normal.

Alright! Let's get started. Main character is now stuck and living this supposed Entity and has a lost of things to follow and do. BUT apparently this person was Hallucinating all these rules to follow to keep entity at bay 🤔 sus indeed.

bruh I hope all the "heehee haha" backfires on the sister. The intro of the book was serious and the sister is disregarding the warning about watching the VHS tape. The more ppl are aware of whats happening in that house they are also in danger.

The introduction of this book had my jaw draw and just say "daaaamn". Im not even on chapter 1 of this book haha, crazy.

dang chapter 1 has me hooked, already starting with a kill, flee, and changing a whole new identity again after 16 years.

The plot thickens, and who the heck betrayed Jude there's so many people that are giving Jude issues.
