Guys shut up, I thought I was reading a book Asha recommended HAHAHA I was like wtf is this YA novel, wrong book lol

This book is infuriating for me. I simply can’t not finish it because I’ve already given it so much effort.

But oh my goodness. This has virtually no plot. 90% of the book is info dumping- there are SOOO many characters (especially starting with S) and SOOO many random bs stories I just glaze over. I have read every word and just been disengaged. My least favourite type of reading. I am starved of plot.

Okay over 100 pages in, still not hooked at all. Usually I go by the 100 pages rule: if it’s still not good @ pg 100 then you can stop reading, but never before then. I would stop now but the reviews are so good… I guess I’ll power on.

Only 50 pages in an I am not hooked at all, it’s still feeling like a chore… interested to push through and check back in.
