The mystery finally starts. About damn time

This is all drama and no mystery which is kind of annoying for a mystery novel. This would have been better if it focused on the writing and the drama. But it’s marketed as a mystery and so far it sucks as a mystery. Might dnf, we’ll see

To my peeps who annotate. Do you guys annotate your collectors edition/special edition books? Also how does one get started with annotating? I’d like to try but it seems kinda intimidating and tedious 🤔

2024 me is going to finish all the series I started once upon a time. Whether I finish them or DNF it doesn't matter, but I need to finally get past the first books.

This book is boring, makes no sense, and all the characters suck. i may DNF for now

This is slightly frustrating and just sad. Here is this girl putting everything into finding her mom and it seemed like her mom didn't even try that hard to explain things or help her daughters understand??? I'm mostly getting frustrated with the mom and also Finn. I get why Zadie didn't really wanna try honestly.

The ex boyfriend is joining their trip and now all of a sudden i feel like the story is ruined. Like why is this necessary??? 🙄
