Vulnerability is not weakness; it’s our greatest measure of courage.

And just like a map, the interaction between the layers of our emotions and experiences Tell our story.
But rather than elevation and roots and water, human emotions and experiences are layers of biology, Biography, behavior, and backstory.

I learned that taking the edge off is not rewarding but putting the edge back on is one of the most worthwhile things we can do. Those sharp edges feel vulnerable, but they are also the the markers that let us know where we end and others begin.
