I genuinely like this book. It’s so shocking. I haven’t read a fantasy in so long and I literally haven’t put it down since I picked it up. I finished cru print yesterday within a day and I’ll finish this book within a day. Maybe I’m finally out of my reading slump maybe I can finally finish a book! And maybe I could read a series!!!!!

I am very, very invested in the plot, but if I’m being honest, the writing is nothing like the goldfish I don’t know if anything could ever compare to the goldfinch, but it’s clear that Donna’s writing in that book is a lot more inspired

Wow is a literary masterpiece that simultaneously leaves me in awe of how it truly makes me think and discussed about what it makes me think about the Conan Gray song. Connell hits so much harder, knowing the meaning behind it.

Celine is really **** annoying if I’m being super honest plus the way they describe her is kinda ugly so that turned me off from the beginning gosh, I hate people with like trust issues. I don’t know they’re so annoying but aside from the his name, Brent is like such a real character his OCDIDK I just get him so much and he says zesty sometimes but also so straight I don’t know he’s just my mentality 🤣

What is my problem with randomly picking up so many British books recently like I don’t even do it on purpose I swear guys at this point I’m starting to think women’s British accent to the most fucking annoying thing but like OK whatever we’re really pisses me off when I accidentally start speaking like that because I’m listening to it all day and I’m like shit Vivien don’t you’re not British

this is a very slow book right off the bat. I was like wait its gonna be long and it’s gonna feel very long because oh my freaking gosh the vocabulary you really do feel like you are in the 1800s but if I’m being honest, our main character talks more fancy with words, I’ve freaking never heard of that half the time I swear I made up then our time traveling friend commander Gore, what I expect they’re British

I love Emily Henry so much. This book is different from the rest of her books, but in the same way, she always manages to tuck at my heart strings. Make me truly feel like the story is real authentic and well it is a romance has more substance than most books that just seem to be for eye candy her books are always sweet and better and the same bite And that is what makes me love them so much

I had such low expectations, but pleasantly surprised. I’m hooked How could I not be with a circus performing motorcycle, writing, bad ass feminist, sarcastic, funny as hell morally Grey vengeance exacter character like Rose and Mr. mc spicy 6 foot something Irish doctor seems big and tough but crochets freaking doilies with a crocheting Grandma club also don’t get me started on Barbara the raccoon

How on earth is it that this book got me swooning even harder than the first book of the set. I read it all night last night and didn’t have much time to read today except for this morning, but I swear it’s all I thought about when I wasn’t reading it and if I had the time, I would’ve finished it in one sitting, I think I have a new obsession with this author please give me more!!!!!😭😭😭
