i keep thinking we’ve solved this but nope. still more !!

has been kinda hard to follow as an audiobook since it jumps back and forth in the timeline. but i think ive got the important pieces and the “scaring thing” ive been guessing at seems to have just been revealed ?? and there’s still half a book to go!! what else could happen

just found out who was Evelyn’s greatest love. scenes like these snap me out of the story and have me thinking the author has no idea what she’s talking about. while “write what you know” sounds limiting there’s truth to it cause this scene just felt “outsider looking in”
