I just started this book. (I like to read multiple books at once from day to day a little at a time) So far I love the plot and setting, the prose is beautiful.

This novel starts extremely strong. But I'm going to have to work through the introductory part of the beginning, after a strong prologue.

I can see why Skullcrack City is a cult classic. Having read a lot of Chuck Palahniuk, I love transgressive authors. Jeremy Robert Johnson is in this category of edgy subject mayter that I can't get enough of.
