It's a MYTH that blind & low-vision people see nothing, that they see total darkness.
FACT: Only about 10-15% of people who are low-vision or blind "see" total darkness. The vast majority of people who are considered blind have some sight. Help and not spread prejudice.

So my dear Reader Friends, I have not been on Goodreads in a long time... For an avid reader I had the most tragic thing ever happen, I lost my sight. I am now legally blind and my life has drastically changed. I have begun to pick up the pieces and learn to use adaptive technology.
