Chapter five is tough, but much needed.

This book is giving me flashbacks to when I was in high school and obsessed with physics. I always wanted to be an engineer and build rockets. I liked math a lot, but sometimes, even if you’re very passionate about something, it doesn’t make you good at it.

Y’all weren’t kidding when you said this book was very technical…

Horrible decision on my part to read the last three chapters during my lunch break. I’m going to have to sit in my next meeting with tears in my eyes.

I don’t want to work or eat or sleep, all I want to do is read this book.

Trying not to read too hard into the number of times feet are mentioned…

And I know I don’t have to finish this book, no one is forcing me to do anything, but I’ve made it this far so it might as well contribute to my 2026 reading goal instead of being a waste of time.

I don’t hate it but I can’t wait for it to be over.
