I already have SO many thoughts on this book. The typical Trad Wife aesthetic influencer gets dropped into her own life, in the 1800s…. The lofe she strived for…came into fruition. I’ve been loving the ACTUAL changes that come with this life- feels like a subtle commentary on feminism and how far we’ve actually come. Love the dark humour too!

Wanting to read this one as more of a slow burn- few chapters every here and there! I have read a few chapters here and there throughout the book for school- but bought my own copy to refer to! Think it will be helpful for my own practice, as well as teaching!

Good book! Love a Freida, however not her best. The first Freida book that I predicted the end!
