I’m having a hard time sticking to a book but I’m feeling good about this one so far.

Why is a 1500 year old man hanging the fact that the female main character is basically an infant to him, and then immediately after turn into a sexually charged scene? That is so weird

I’m not liking how it’s hinting at incest… make it stop. Why I continue to read this, I don’t know

So far the main character is insufferable and the “little” brother is 20 years old acting like a 12 year old

I really hate this cover, and I have low expectations for this book, but I’m already cringing. “My voice is full of sarcasm and annoyance” as actual dialogue is awful. I’m just hoping it picks up.

I am in love with the imagery.

I totally get Rin because I too would rather run to join the military and accept that I’ll die early than be handed off in marriage to an old guy to have his kids.

So gooddd. Everything about this book is so well thought out.

This might be one of the best written books I’ve ever read. I’m stressed right now and there’s still 400 pages left.

This is such a brutal book but I love it so far.

Idek man, it’s like it’s entirely too slow to read while still skipping over so many major plot points. Why are there still 200 pages of the book left, what could possibly else happen after this
