When this book was published, the Polytechnique massacre just happened, and let's just say that people were not seeing it for what it was

He really doesn’t like nutritionists 😂 (with good reasons to be honest, for many of them and their advice, the science is well light)

The problem with that type of book is that the people who need to read it the most are not going to to be the ones reading it
