This is the worst MC I’ve ever come across. Feels like reading a story from the point of view of a nazi soldier, convinced that he’s fighting the good fight and yet so blind to the atrocities going on around him and the role he plays in these. And I don’t even feel for her. I can’t bring myself to it, whatever her situation is, she’s simply a bad person, willingly staying on the wrong side of history.

Rarely have I ever been so annoyed by a main character. Girl, please use your brain and stop acting stupid.

Début un peu lent mais prend le temps de planter le décor, les multiples POV sont un plus

Feminine rage at its finest. Oh, how easy it is to teach us to ignore it, to ignore our pain and our anger, to repress it, to minimize it. How hard it is to let go and feel it at its full extent.
With this book I’ve cried and I’ve been enraged.
I’m even reading it while walking in the street. I spend the day at the office thinking about leaving and getting back at reading it.

Love it. May have fallen in love.

Ancient Rome, mythology and dragons… Yes please.
