I think this is the worst slow burn ever. Viv is so oblivious— but me too girl me too…

I’ll give a small summary of this book so far:

Big strong woman says NO MORE WAR and decides to open a coffee shop despite nobody knowing what coffee even is in some random small town and recruits a pretty pink lady to work at it and cook and make coffee….. (spoiler alert: they both don’t know how to cook)

WAR. IS. OVER.

I don’t like this book at all

I can’t really get past the heavy misogyny and racism within the book and I have to keep going because it’s for a class

like most other books I read do. I did enjoy it though
